I am considering buying a stupid wii for this game alone.

Maybe when the new one comes out I will get one and come stomp your asses.

I'm glad I checked this just before I left for work, but didn't
have time to reply, cause i wanted to get things sorted ie
laptop, console into the living room on the bigger tv lol.

It's harder for 3 to play in the sense that me and si were looking
at the same screen, and well he was looking at my view and vice
versa, took me little while to get used to, as you could tell at
the beginning.

The best way I thought was to block out si's view and also what
he was saying to me lolol, and concentrate on what I
was doing and the task in hand, which you could tell in the final
score!!!

I'm so surprised that no one else has come forward to join this
tourney, seriously guys it is a lot of fun.

Lillie, I have now got things ready in the living for when I get home,
and hopefully Si will also join when he has finished what I know
he started this morning lol.

Okies we've established was better on the bigger TV, although
did have few problems which were strange. Firstly Si's remote
wouldn't steer, then lord knows what happened all went blank
i'm asuming we may have lost wi-fi connection or Si could have
pressed something. After restarting, my remote wouldn't steer,
after few cuss words and messing about managed to get it
steering.


Lillie had few problems to begin with connecting to wi-fi, while
she was sorting that, me and Si DID practice as he hasn't really
played that much and well I wanted to tell him what to do etc etc,
this didn't stopped the constant questions throughout lol. I'm
sure tho once he played it a few times, the constant questions
etc, will fade out, one can hope only lmao.

Simon said something in lobby which i'm sure was a joke but
nontheless was non too pleased about, that when I suddenly
could not steer this was somekind of tactic. I can assure you it
was not, only thing I should not have done was said in lobby I
could not steer etc etc, however, I have learnt by this.


Lillie I shall leave things set up in living room again tonight, if
you wanna play.

Last night I thought I'll have a go on mario kart, Si had
gone out, Lilliekins is on vacation. I thought let me try
the "worldwide" rather than friends and see what happens.
It was really good connected to about 10-12 people from
all over the world, most were highly ranked, obviously played
a long time but I did manage to win 3 races lol, lost a lot more
lol.

Gives you an idea what it will be like when we can get more players
to join our tourney.

The way i figured it worked with ranking is say for instance there
was 12 people and when finished u were in the top six you gained
points on the ranking system and below top six you were deducted
points. The better place you finished in top six the more points
you got and vice versa for bottom six.

Really was fun, pretty hard too, NO manners some people, they just
banged into you lolol.

That could be an idea lilliekins for when you get back give it a try,
hopefully if we both connect to worldwide at same time we would
get the same room.

I'll try the other games that I have wi-fi, that last night answered
my question which I asked other day about how it works.
