PS3 vs XBOX

I bought the playstation 2 as a gift to my husband simon.. As far as i am aware
it does not work online.. Reason why i got PS2 rather than Xbox, was that
at the time you could also play DVD's on PS2 and not the Xbox (or whichever
console was out at that time, pretty sure was Xbox must admit can't remember.)
So cheekily i bought him a 2in1 gadget!

I have asked si many times would he like a Xbox (brutally honest, me thinks I want one lol),
I'm one of the type who doesn't like to buy things and not have the use out of it. And unforuntately I can't say it's the kids hehe. I can, not use PS2 and wii for months then all
of a sudden use them again... now if i lurked into one of my drawers i have no doubt that
i will find the PS1.

I'm not affraid to buy a Xbox it's really more of "would I get use out of it" with the wii I do
get use out of it, me and si play tennis and other things, like you already know me
and lilliekinss have played wii kart together which really was a good laugh. PS2 i go through stages, Si got me a game for it for my birthday not realising i already have it on wii blah!

Watch this space, the next post will probably be to tell you I've gone out and bought
a Xbox lol. I'm like that just go out and buy things on the spur of the moment.

Ohhhh Gawwddd now you have gone and done it lol, decisions, decisions.

When me and my brother was talking he asked me if I wanted to buy his
PS3 after only purchasing it something like 6 weeks before, I declined,
then he bought the xbox. And I know for a fact he has gone through 4
of them and we haven't spoken since July last year so probably more
by now knowing him lol.

He always sworn blind to me that the graphics were far better on Xbox
than PS3. At the time I was like I already have PS2 and really don't want
a PS3. Maybe should do another poll on which people prefer
Playstation 3 or XboX? something to think about, and to give me
info.

However, I have taken on board your reasons for buying the PS3 and thank
you very much Simon.
