An earthquake struck at 5:01 pm local time on Monday, April 4, 2011, in North India and its effect was felt in Delhi.

An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale and with an epicentre in Nepal shook parts of north India, including capital Delhi and its suburbs. There are no reports yet of damage or loss of life. In Delhi strong tremors were felt, with furniture shaking in buildings.

Don't want to sound apathetic...but I've been to Delhi....the furniture shakes at the best of times!!!

Seriously though...sad about the earthquake!
