and not just because of the chocolate!
As much as the rest of my family may proclaim Christmas and birthdays to be their pick of the yearly celebrations... my personal favourite is Easter. Not just because... beyond giving the Easter bunny a helping hand... it requires so little of my energy.
Easter is such a rare treat ... an extra-long weekend... four days when my family can hang out together without having to adhere to the crazy life style we have to live and die by during the rest of the year. That’s two more days than the official Christmas break! Easter is a wonderful mini-holiday that’s tucked away like an unexpected treat to be found in the middle of the business-as-usual calendar.
