In a post I made on bin Laden I used the saying... "When all you have is a hammer... every problem looks like a nail."
A friend asked where this saying came from as they had never heard it before. I had a think and came up with ...
A wise man once said "When all you have is a hammer...every problem looks like a nail." Okay.. no wise man actually said that. It's just a weird saying that grew out of pretty much nowhere. "When all you have is a zombie monkey.. everything looks like brains." Hmmmm. Not quite as elegant. "When all you have is the Comprehensive Rules... everything looks like Humility." Also doesn't work. Perhaps this phrase is not as malleable as I expected.
